Day-of Coordinator Pricing 

1. Essential Coordination Package – $800

Perfect for couples who’ve planned it all but want someone to manage the details on the big day.  

Includes:

- 1 planning meeting (2–4 weeks before the wedding)  

- Detailed timeline creation  

- Final vendor confirmation & coordination  

- Ceremony & reception walk-through (if needed)  

- 8 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day  

- Supervision of setup & breakdown  

- 1 Lead Coordinator on-site  

- Emergency kit on hand  

 

 

2. Signature Coordination Package – $1,100

Ideal for couples who want more guidance and support leading up to and on the big day.

Includes everything in the Essential Package, plus:

- 2 planning meetings (one at booking, one final review)  

- Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)  

- Unlimited email & text support beginning 6 weeks out  

- 10 hours of on-site coordination  

- 1 Assistant Coordinator included  

- Custom ceremony cue sheet for bridal party  

 

 

3. Premium Weekend Coordination Package – $1,500

Best for multi-day or more complex events with extra setup and attention.

Includes everything in the Signature Package, plus:

- Full weekend coverage (up to 12 hours of on-site support)  

- Coordination of welcome dinner or farewell brunch (1 additional event)  

- Vendor liaison beginning 8 weeks out  

- Venue layout assistance  

- Full access to preferred vendor list  

- Final walkthrough with venue  

 

Add-On Services:

- Extra Coordination Hours: $100/hour  

- Additional Assistant Coordinator: $200  

- Ceremony-only coordination: $500  

- Vendor search & booking support: $50/vendor  

- Travel outside Chicagoland area: $0.50/mile, round-trip
